Imperial Red IPA
This is a brew not for the faint of heart. Plenty of malt plays here to balance out the bitterness. We added a hint of rye to give some character and then doubled down on Azacca and Eukanot, two classic American hops. A zesty sweet maltiness and mango, tropical, citrus hop additions define this IPA.
