Sessionable IPA This is a Single Malt And Single Hop IPA that we use local Carolina Malt and Mosaic Hops to create a clean, yet hoppy IPA.

Rye Lager A light, crisp lager with a heavy dose of Rye (malt), giving it some nicer pepper and fruity notes.

Baltic Porter Malt flavors reminiscent of an English porter and the restrained roast of a schwarzbier, but with a higher OG and alcohol content than either. Very complex, with multi-layered malt and dark fruit flavors.

Hazy IPA East Coast style juicy, hazy IPA. This IPA is made with oats and wheat and dry hopped with loads of Hallertau Blanc, Idaho 7, and Rakau. It is super tropical and has tons of stone fruit character.

Blonde Ale Brewed to be refreshing and crisp, the first beer brewed at Silos, this brew is the perfect ending to a day spent hard at work. 

American Amber Ale Our amber ale is malty and smooth.Brewed to not be overly sweet or bitter, we put just a touch of British caramelized malt and Munich malts that add notes of sweet caramel, biscuit and toast.

Boozy Seltzer Made with the folks in mind that just don’t enjoy beer, our Seltzer is clean and we offer many different flavors that get added when ordered.

Dry Irish Stout Traditional Irish stout, brewed with roasted barley, which imparts a roast character but brewed to be lighter than it’s British counterparts. Pairs perfectly with St. Patricks day or any time for that matter. Slainte!

Gose Our rotating fruited sour ale, brewed with just a touch of coriander and sea salt. Loads of fruit and refreshing sourness make this beer bright and delicious.
