Welcome to Silos Brewing Co. Located at The Silos downtown Easley, we are glad to turn what once-was into something that now-is. Started in 1947 and finished in 1951, the place that we now call home was originally built by Continental Grain and then occupied by Dixie Milling Company and a few other grain companies into the mid 80’s. The building sat vacant until 2019, when the Silos District started planting its roots.
Once the idea took hold to convert The Silos into a community space full of multiple vendors – it was time to recruit. Enter the beer guys. Two and a half years of hard work later and we’re happy to announce that as of October 1, 2021 we opened the doors and remain excited to see all the faces that come through.
At Silos Brewing Co. our mission has always been about more than just making beer. We love our local community and have always prioritized being a good neighbor. We have partnered with many charities in our community, hoping to make a difference. As of early 2024 we have donated over $30,000 and cannot wait to continue our partnership with charity organizations in the future.
Every pint of beer brewed at Silos starts with attention to using as much local products as possible. Our main malt supplier/partner is Carolina Malt house, the malted barley, wheat, and oats are all grown in the Carolinas and typically within a 30 miles radius of the malt house. Supporting local agriculture and farmers is something that we feel very passionate about. Thank you for all the support and we look forward to continue being apart of the Easley community.
